* Pawel Mlodkowski, Ph.D.

Holder of a Ph.D. in “Optimal Capital Structures in the Global Economy” from the Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland. Awarded the title as one of the youngest in Poland.
Cooperates with the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, researching fiscal convergence. European Commission Expert, works as an Independent Evaluator for the European Union.
Completed a stint as a macroeconomics counselor for the Prime Minister of Poland.
Author of 23 publications in International Economics, Macroeconomics and Finance.

Research interests include: fertility of American women, social and economics determinants of fertility, quantitative methods and models in demography and social sciences.
Author of six scientific articles in econometrics, co-author of “Demographic Dictionary”.

* Wiktor Patena, Ph.D.

Holder of MBA in Finance from Hull University and Ph.D. in Economics (specialisation: Finance) from University of Insurance and Banking.
Research interests include: finance, banking, behavioural finance, currency markets.
Author of publications on currencies and exchange rates, options.

Holder of PhD in Management.
Specialises in Corproate Social Responsibility.

* Wiktor Cwynar, Ph.D.
Associate Professor, Department of Finance, WSB-NLU.
Holder of a Ph.D. in Economics (awarded a distinction).
Specializes in Value-Based Management. Author of the book “Zarzadzenie wartoscia spólki kapitalowej. Koncepcje-systemy-narzedzia”, FRRwP 2002 (Value Based Management of a Company. Theory – Systems – Tools). The book was awarded a Ministry of Education Prize and was nominated for Beta Prize (University of Szczecin) and Prof. Bielski Prize (WSB-NLU in Nowy Sacz).
Has written tens of academic and scientific articles. Co-operates with several respectable consulting and training firms (he is scientific partner in Polish subsidiary of Hewitt Associates). Prepares analyses and reports for companies.
